Troy Peiffer - Escapee from Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Center 

Troy Peiffer walked away on Dec. 16, 2017, from Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Center, a male minimum-security facility in Hodgen, Oklahoma. 

Peiffer is described as 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighing approximately 141 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. 

He was incarcerated for failing to register as a sex offender. His sex offense conviction is out of Pennsylvania. 

ODOC agents believe Peiffer may be homeless in the Oklahoma City area.
