ODOC #FugitiveFriday: Francisco R. Paez

OKLAHOMA CITY – Francisco Paez walked away from Clara Waters Community Corrections Center in Oklahoma City on Nov. 17, 2014. 

Paez, whose aliases include “Poncho Paez” and “Pedro R. Pancho,” was serving sentences out of Oklahoma and Seminole counties for forgery and drug possession. 

Paez is described as Hispanic, 5-feet 6-inches tall, weighing about 189 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. 

He has multiple tattoos including a low rider on his chest, a cross, skulls, guns and a spider web. On his right hand is a tattoo reading “4AH,” on his left arm is “Mexican,” and on his right forearm is a marijuana leaf. 

The public should not approach Paez or attempt to apprehend him. Anyone with information can call our escapee hotline at 405-425-2698 or email warrants@doc.ok.gov. All calls and emails are confidential.
