    ODOC #FugitiveFriday: Develle Hamm

    OKLAHOMA CITY – Develle Hamm has been missing since July 20 after he jumped the fence at Carver Transitional Center. Hamm, 35, was serving a five-year sentence out of Oklahoma County for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He is described as black, 5-feet 9-inches tall, weighing about 169 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.     ODOC #FugitiveFriday: Gary W. Stapp

    OKLAHOMA CITY – Gary W. Stapp never returned to Carver Transitional Center after he left for work on May 2. Stapp, 50, was serving multiple Oklahoma County sentences for second-degree burglary. He has criminal convictions for drug possession, possession of stolen property, car theft, forgery, burglary and others stretching back to 1987. Stapp is described as white, 6-feet tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.   Read More...

    OKLAHOMA CITY -- Jason Jones walked away Tuesday from Carver Transitional Center halfway house in Oklahoma City.Jones was serving time on a variety of Oklahoma County sentences for crimes including possession of stolen property, second-degree burglary, conspiracy and grand larceny.Jones, also known as “J-Bone,” is described as white, 6-feet tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
