ODOC #FugitiveFriday: Charles B. Cook

TULSA, Okla. – Charles Brandon Cook removed his ankle monitor while under GPS supervision Jan. 11, 2019.

Cook, 26, was serving multiple Tulsa County sentences for vehicle theft when he tore off the monitor’s strap.

Cook is described as white, 5-feet 11-inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
