John H. Lilley Correctional Center

Facility Overview

John Lilley Correctional Center is a minimum security facility, housing approximately 820 male inmates, located on a 256 acre site one mile east of Boley, Oklahoma on State Highway 62 in Okfuskee County.   Located almost halfway between Oklahoma City and Tulsa, John Lilley Correctional Center is an ideal location to house elderly and physically challenged inmates.

Special consideration is given to inmates with severe physical limitations to ensure they are housed in housing units with ADA accessible facilities.

Inmates restricted to wheel chairs or those who have limited mobility are assigned to specific housing areas where they can be monitored more closely and where they can be assisted with their day-to-day needs.
