The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) has developed a new tool to handle your IT problems or concerns. The goal is to handle the concerns quickly and insure that the proper person is notified when there is a problem.
You will be required to set up an account with the OMES Service Desk. To do that please call:

You will be directed to the OMES customer portal. When there you will set up an account so that you can electronically notify OMES of the problem and work can begin for a solution.
If the concern is that the computer or other electronics you would use to notify OMES of the problem is not working please call the help desk at the numbers listed above.
